His lifelong curiosity and real-world problem-solving background shape his practical, adaptable approach to technology and team leadership. Bret combines integrity, humor, and a genuine passion for IT to help clients and teammates navigate an ever-evolving landscape with confidence.

Cole designs and secures reliable IT environments for clients across diverse industries. With a background in Network and Security Administration, he brings a thoughtful, strategic approach to infrastructure, security, and client collaboration. Outside of work, Cole is an avid road cyclist and snowboarder who enjoys exploring Colorado’s outdoors — and he never leaves home without a trusty USB-C adapter in his bag.

Hilary leads Onset Solutions with a strategic, people-first approach that blends analytical thinking with a strong commitment to integrity and transparency. Outside of work, Hilary enjoys playing piano, ice skating, and crafting with her daughter, experiences that reflect the creativity and heart she brings to her role.
